Description/History:Woman's off-white wedding gown, from about 1890. It is two-piece. The top piece has a pointed bodice of gathered and ruched silk chiffon over silk lining, boned, long gathered sleeves. High collar and upper chest decorated with machine-made point lace. The skirt is very long and full, much longer in the back to form a train. It is silk chiffon gathered and ruched over silk lining.
